NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

By joining the Umbrella Corp HQ freelancer network, you agree to:

Never contact clients directly or share client information with any third party.
All work produced is delivered exclusively through Umbrella Corp HQ.
Client identities remain confidential at all times. You will only know Job IDs.
Work submitted to UCH becomes part of the UCH portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
UCH retains 25% of all project fees as platform commission. Your payout varies by tier (Bronze: 75%, Silver: 77%, Gold: 80%).
You may not solicit UCH clients for direct work for a period of 24 months after leaving the network.
Violation of this agreement may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
UCH reserves the right to update commission rates with 30 days notice.

This agreement is legally binding upon submission of your application.
